Data controller

Purpose and legal basis of processing

Data is processed to receive your enquiry, contact you, prepare and fulfil a quotation, and take steps at your request before entering into a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and, for defending or pursuing claims, the controller's legitimate interest.

Scope, recipients and retention

We process your first and last name, email address, telephone number, tax identification number, additional information, and the list of products and quantities. Authorised employees and IT, hosting and email service providers may receive data only to the extent necessary to handle your enquiry. We retain data for as long as necessary to handle the quotation, meet legal obligations and cover the applicable limitation periods for claims.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, request data portability, object where provided by law and lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry. Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
